Wevideo handles all help requests via email. Send an email to email@example.com and a member of our support team will reach out to you within 24 business hours. You can also log in and submit a help request online.
We do not offer support via phone, but that doesn’t mean your issues are not important to us.
Why do we not offer phone support? For one, it allows us to keep our pricing affordable so more people can use our video editing tools. By proving our team the details of your issue via email, we can gather the needed information to fix your problem as quickly as possible and keep record of problems and solutions so we can bring you the best tool possible.
