What is WeVideo's refund policy?

WeVideo Support -

All fees paid to WeVideo are non-refundable. This includes fees paid for monthly and yearly Premium/Power and Pro/Unlimited plans as well as Flex and single downloads.

If, for any reason, you are unable to use the purchased services, please contact support@wevideo.com and our support team will be happy to assist you.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Once a subscription is cancelled, you will no longer be charged for subsequent terms. Please see our instructions on how to cancel a recurring subscription here https://wevideo.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/210135248

If you choose to cancel your recurring monthly/annual subscription, note that you will not receive a refund for the current billing period when canceling your subscription, but will continue to have access to Premium features for the remainder of the billing period, regardless of the cancellation.

Once your upgraded subscription ends, your account will automatically return to Free status. All video created during your upgraded subscription will remain in your WeVideo account.
