Where is my support response or notification email?

Emails sent from WeVideo may have ended up in your spam or junk folder, so try checking there first.

If you are using an email account provided by an organization such as a school or business, please ensure that you have privileges to receive emails from outside contacts. You can do this by talking to your tech support or administrator.

Notifications for completed exports can not be resent but you can find completed videos on the Exports page.

To make sure you continue receiving our mailings, we suggest that you add us to your email whitelist. A whitelist is a list of email addresses that you want to receive email from. Adding an address to your whitelist ensures that email from that address will not be filtered as spam. It is best to whitelist the @wevideo.com domain to ensure that no mail is lost.
